Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns

We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange and return policy from the date of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the return items are picked up at our end and pass quality checks. Please note that embroidered and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, please note that sale items are final and ineligible for returns.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, a reverse shipment fee of FLAT Rs.100 per order will be deducted. The deduction applies only to returns.

For exchanges, a flat ₹30 handling charge will be applicable per order.

COD Orders

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, store credits will be provided in the form of a BLACK MEDS gift card, sent to your registered email address. Please note that COD handling charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

• Purchases made at physical retail outlets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Only size-based exchanges are allowed once, within 7 days of purchase.

Processing Exchanges

• An exchange order will be initiated once the old order is picked up and pass quality checks.

• If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. (Warehouse address to be provided upon request)

• Upon successful inspection, your exchange product will be dispatched, and a flat ₹30 charge will apply.

Processing Returns

• Returned products are first subjected to quality inspection after pickup.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days post-inspection.

• In case of self-shipping, the refund is initiated once the product is received at our warehouse and cleared by quality checks.
